2) Complete Payment either via credit card or through PayPal
3) After completing payment you'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

Registration FAQ
Q: What does registration cover?
A: Registration is your admission ticket to this themed trip! Registration fees cover your activity tickets (cemetery tour, bayou tour, Mississippi river cruise, transportation to Oak Alley and tour, Mardi Gras World tour and closing event buffet dinner). It also covers a goodie bag for you with themed items and a collectible trip pin. Part of everyone's registration covers opening venue rental, decorations, snacks at opening event, transportation to Oak Alley, supplies, convention planning, printing costs, etc.
Q: What is not included?
A: Transportation to NOLA, transportation during trip to any activities (except Oak Alley), lodging, parking, or any meals (except for closing buffet dinner).
Q: How do the new payment options work?
A: When you register you will have the choice to pay in full (to receive early bird $10 discount) or pay half up front and half later. Either option reserves a spot for you. If you pay half, the link to pay the second half will be sent in your confirmation email from the hosts. The second half is due between registration and August 31, 2027. If you want to pay the second half immediately after registering or only a short time later you will still have to pay second half without discount because it was completed in two transactions. If you do not pay the second half by August 31, 2027 you will forfeit all you have paid and lose your place on the trip and it will become available to other fans who are on the waitlist. No exceptions.
Q: Is carpooling an option?
A: The hosts do not coordinate carpooling and are not responsible for anything related to carpooling. However all registrants will have access to a private trip discord which will have a carpooling thread so people can connect. Wanting to carpool does not guarantee you'll find carpooling options.
Q: When will the exact dates be announced?
A: The dates will be announced end of 2026 or very early 2027. It will likely be very end of March or very early April of 2028.
Q: How much will this trip cost to attend?
A: The cost will be listed as soon as determined in early 2027. To give you an idea of what to expect in the past our trips have been between $265 - $465 USD per person depending on length of event and type of activities. We expect the cost in that range but closer to the high end due to New Orleans being a tourist destination location and all prices are high in the city. This trip is definitely a worthwhile investment in yourself so start saving your Pa pennies! This is the first trip we are able to offer a payment option so you can split the registration cost into two payments over several months if that helps make this trip affordable for you.
