Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at one of our trips! It'll be fun for everyone to see all your cool merch. Here's some more info so you know what to expect. If you are interested in being a vendor please read the FAQ below. The registration form is at the bottom of the page and feel free to contact us with any questions.

What types of merch can I sell?

All kinds as long as it is in RELATED in some way to Nancy Drew and/or the location. Examples: jewelry, stickers, stationery, pins, bags, hair clips, soaps, clothing, notebooks, paintings, handmade items, you name it!

How does being a vendor work?

At the cosplay dinner on the last night of the event I will set up vendor tables. Each shop with have their own 8ft table and tablecloth though you can bring additional decorations if you wish. All shops are responsible for their own merch and sales, none of this is monitored by us. Please do not set out items to sell during other activities during the trip weekends. This will interfere with planned activities and space needed for other items.

Do I have to attend the whole trip to be a vendor?

You must already be registered for the full trip you want to be a vendor at. Anyone you would like to help you monitor your table also has to be registered.

How do I sign up to be a vendor?

To register as a vendor you need to fill out a form and pay $15 USD which covers a 8ft table for your shop during our closing dinner. This form is available at the bottom of this page during open trip registration periods.

What is on the form I have to fill out?

The form let's me know you want to be a vendor, what your shop name is and on it you must agree that you will not sell anything that infringes on copyright from HeR Interactive or Simon & Shuster. Please also do not use our name "It's Locked Mysteries Trips" or date the merch you bring.

Do I really have to sign up to be a vendor or can I just bring things with me?

People who show up with things to sell who did not sign up to be vendors prior to the event will not be allowed to put out their items. The vendor space is reserved for those who did sign up.

Can I sponsor a giveaway?

If you are unable to attend an event but sell merch you are able to sponsor (donate) a giveaway during the event. You would need to mail me your prize(s) and be sure to include business cards for people at the event!

By registering to be a vendor you certify that you are currently 18 years old or older and that you will be attending the Pennsylvania trip in 2027 and understand that you must separately complete the registration form to attend. Anyone who will be assisting at your table must also be registered for the entire event.

You agree to not sell anything that infringes on copyright or trademark from HeR Interactive, Simon & Shuster, or anyone else including It's Locked Mysteries name or logo. You understand that it is your sole responsibility to do research to ensure you do not violate or infringe on anyone or any brand. You agree and understand that the hosts and "It's Locked Mystery Weekends" will not be held liable for any negligence on your part.

Vendors must pay a $15 USD fee to be a vendor at this trip. This fee is nonrefundable for any reason.

All items, sales, and taxes are your own sole responsibility and will not be monitored by the hosts. The hosts are not responsible for any items lost or stolen.

You may bring all different kinds of merch to sell as long as it is in related in some way to Nancy Drew and/or the location and would be considered PG rated. The hosts reserve the right to have vendors remove things from their tables if they do not meet this criteria. You agree that you will only put out items during the designated time.
