​Below is a basic SAMPLE itinerary and subject to some change. Nancy did so many fun things and we will too! This trip is very outdoor focused and we will be doing outdoor activities all three days.

Thursday April 29

Morning: Registration check in for 2 hour opening event, meeting everyone, snacks, quiz, and games

Afternoon: Visiting the REAL Moon Lake, outdoor scavenger hunt, self guided walks around the lake or just sitting at one of the pavilions and benches enjoying birding and Pennsylvania nature

Friday April 30

Morning: Educational talk at an amphitheater at a bird sanctuary (with a live raptor), short flat walk to overlook for birding during peak migration

Afternoon: Optional self guided hikes on miles of trails in the park or free time to rest or explore the area

Saturday May 1

Morning: Kayaking on a nearby lake at a State Park (not on Moon Lake)

Afternoon: Free time to explore the area, rest, and get your cosplay ready 

Evening: Closing roaring 20s themed Cosplay Dinner with surprise activities. Live Q&A with special guest Keri Healey (voice actor for Sally McDonald, Professor Hotchkiss, Harper, and more!). Catered dinner will be served to us banquet style. Various activities after dinner including coloring pages, painting your own gnome figures, playing games, taking photos in the photo booth, and vendors with themed merch for sale.​​​​​

Activities are not all back-to-back and require your own transportation to get to them. Transportation WILL be provided to the bird sanctuary as that is over an hour away. There is some free time in the schedule for each day to allow people to rest, explore local areas, and spend time with new friends!
