​​​Thank you for your interest in our Ghost Dog's themed trip! Pennsylvania is beautiful and what better way to experience it than to relive one of the most classic games in the series with other fans? We really hope you can come!

How to register

To register for this event you need to do the following:

1) Complete registration form at the bottom of this page

2) Complete Payment IMMEDIATELY to reserve spot (payment is no longer billed and is due when filling out form)

3) After you have completed payment you will receive an email from the hosts directly within 24 hours.

What registration covers

Registration is your admission ticket to this themed trip and covers activities and meals mentioned on the trip itinerary. Transportation to the bird sanctuary is also included. Part of everyone's registration also goes toward venue rentals, decorations, goodie bags for everyone with themed items, special guest costs, supplies, convention planning services, printing costs, permits, etc.

What is not included

Registration does NOT include transportation to any activities (except for the bird sanctuary), lodging, or any meals (except for closing dinner). The trip discord will have a thread for carpooling if people are interested. Please note that wanting to carpool DOES NOT guarantee carpooling options. Please use best judgement when carpooling as the hosts do not coordinate and are not responsible for anything related to carpooling.

Registration form

Wondering what will be on the form? It will have based questions like your name and email address, food preferences, and some waiver questions.

​From September 2026 - April 2027 you will be receive monthly email updates and info including detailed itinerary. It is important to read these and email any questions you have. Over the eight months between registration and the event you will also have the opportunity to interact with other attendees via a private trip Discord (completely optional).
