Closing Event

Registration for ONLY Closing Cosplay Dinner

Are you local to Washington and you want to meet everyone but can't attend all four days? We now have the option to register for just the closing event!

Date: Saturday, June 27, 2026

Cost: $50 USD

Location: Near Florence, WA

Here's what your ticket includes:

Access to our 3-4 hour closing event
Opportunity to meet 75+ other fans
Sit down catered dinner and dessert
Live Q&A with special guest Scott Carty (VA for Ned)
Access to vendor tables where you can purchase cool merch
Opportunity to come in cosplay if you wish
Photo booth to take lots of fun photos of your cosplay with friends

You can register to attend the closing event from August 30 - Nov 30 or until all the seats are filled. You will receive a PayPal request for the cost within 12 hours of registering. Payment is due on receipt and your seat is only reserved after payment has been made. Once we receive your payment we will send you a confirmation email. Event time and address will be sent out Nov 1.

I agree to act respectfully toward everyone in the group. I understand inappropriate or rude behavior will not be tolerated. I understand and agree that the hosts reserve the right to ask people who do not adhere to the rules to leave and such behavior may lead to being banned from future events.

I understand livestreaming this event is not allowed. I will not take videos or photos of anyone in the group without their permission. I will not post photos of anyone unless and until I asked for their specific permission.

I understand that my place at the event will only be reserved after I have paid the fee. I also understand that the fee is not refundable in part or in full under any circumstances including if I am unable to attend entirely.
