Registration is on a first come basis. To reserve your spot at this event there are 2 things you need to do:

Fill out the registration form completely including reading the trip waiver (below)
Complete payment to guarantee a space

Cost to attend

Early Bird Registration - $260 per person (open Jan 2 - 8)

Regular Registration - $310 (open Jan 9 - Feb 28)

Payment will be collected via PayPal. You will receive an email from PayPal requesting payment within 24 hours. Your spot is not guaranteed for you until you complete payment.

What registration covers

The registration fee is your admission ticket to this themed trip! See list below for what it included. Part of everyone's registration also goes toward event room rentals, decorations, supplies, convention planning services, printing costs, etc. It also covers a goodie bag of themed items you’ll receive when you arrive!

Visiting an amusement park
Visiting a water park
Riding a carousel
Opening event to meet everyone
Carnival style games at the opening event with raffle prizes
Escape room at opening event
2 hour boat tour of the New Jersey coast
Coloring pages
Quiz for prizes
Games
Scavenger hunt
Make your own ice cream sundaes
Cosplay dinner on final night with photo booth (bring your own costume!)

Food

Your registration includes the following:

Sunday August 10 - Snacks at the opening activity
Monday August 11 - N/A
Tuesday - August 12 - New Jersey style dinner and make your own ice cream sundaes

What registration does not cover

Transportation is not provided at any point getting to the event or during the event. If you are interested in carpooling with other people during the event please indicate that on the registration form. Please note that wanting to carpool DOES NOT guarantee you will find someone else to carpool with. The host does not coordinate carpooling, only connects people.

Lodging is not included in the registration fee. (I would have to charge a lot more if the hotel for 2-3 nights was included). We do this so you can find the best option that fits your personal needs and your budget. Please visit the Lodging/Location for more information.
